Developer Engagement

Penrith Town Council welcomes pre-application discussions with developers as it recognises that such discussion can play an important part in the application process. Council on 29th March approved a Developer Engagement Policy to clarify how the Town Council will engage with developers and/or their agents both prior to, and following, the submission of a planning application in the parish boundary.
